Another day another PPP fraud prosecution. This one involves the former assistant city attorney of Atlanta Shelitha Robertson, who has been sentenced to 7 years in prison after committing PPP fraud to the tune of $15M.

Items purchased from the funds include a Rolls Royce and a 10 carat ring.

The loans were obtained by falsifying the number of employees and wages for four of her businesses, as well as submitting falsified tax documents to accompany the PPP loan application.

Remember - the statute of limitations for PPP fraud was extended to 10 years, so you can bet we are going to see many more of these.
